By enrolling a child in the Club, parents/ guardians agree to the following terms:
1. Supervision and Safety
- All activities are supervised by trained and qualified staff.
- The Club ensures adherence to child safety protocols, but parents/ guardians must disclose any medical, behavioural, or dietary needs of their child to ensure proper care.
- The Club accepts no liability for injuries resulting from unforeseen incidents unless due to staff negligence.
- If you give information to us about a safeguarding issue, we have the right to pass this information to your local authority child protection services to protect children from harm or neglect.
2. Medical Emergencies
- In the event of a medical emergency, staff will administer basic first aid and contact the listed emergency contact immediately.
- Parents/guardians must provide consent for emergency medical treatment during registration.
3. Child Behaviour
- All children are expected to adhere to the Club’s rules and respect staff and peers.
- The club reserves the right to dismiss a child for disruptive or unsafe behaviour without refund.

4. Photography and Media
- Photographs or videos of children may be taken during activities for promotional purposes only with prior parental/guardian consent.
- Parents/guardians can opt out of photography consent during registration or update preferences to suit.
7. Refund and Cancellation Policy
• Refunds for cancellations are subject to the Club’s cancellation policy outlined in the registration agreement.
No refunds for missed or booked days.
8. Force Majeure
• The Club is not liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond its control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or other emergencies.
9. Liability Disclaimer
- While the Club prioritizes safety, participation in activities carries inherent risks.
- By enrolling, parents/ guardians acknowledge and accept these risks.
- The Club is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings brought to activities.
10. Governing Law
• This Legal Notice is governed by the laws of UK GDPR, OFSTED, Data protection act 2018 and the Information Commissioner’s office. Any disputes will be resolved under these laws.
